How do I add a new client?
Navigate to CRM → Clients and click "Add client". Fill in the required fields and save.
How do I issue a policy?
Go to Policies and click "Issue policy". Select the client and product, configure the premium, and submit.
How do I submit a claim?
Go to Claims and click "Submit claim". Link it to the relevant policy and upload supporting documents.
How do I add a compliance representative?
Navigate to Compliance and click "Add Rep". Complete the FAIS representative registration form.
How do I export a client's POPIA data?
Admins can go to Settings → POPIA Data Export, enter the client's UUID, and click Export.
How do I upgrade my plan?
Go to Settings → Subscription and click "Upgrade". You will be guided through the billing process.
